Directions
Apply to DRY hair. Shake the can well and hold 10cm from the hair. Lift the hair in sections and spray Percy & Reed Dry Instant Volumising Spray into the roots and lengths from underneath, in an upward direction, Work into the hair with fingers to create the desired lift, volume and style.
