Directions
Apply Eyes to Mesmerise using your fingers for a soft, smooth, natural makeup look. Work it backwards & forwards like a windscreen wiper for a gorgeous wash of colour.
To intensify, apply it with Charlotte’s Blender Brush (sold separately).
